He left Judaea, and departed again into Galilee. And there came also Nicodemus, which at the first came to Jesus by night, and brought a mixture of myrrh and aloes, about an hundred pound [weight]. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. But Jesus answered them, My Father worketh hitherto, and I work. And what he hath seen and heard, that he testifieth; and no man receiveth his testimony. And he bearing his cross went forth into a place called [the place] of a skull, which is called in the Hebrew Golgotha: And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth. The Jews therefore said unto him that was cured, It is the sabbath day: it is not lawful for thee to carry [thy] bed.
And there were certain Greeks among them that came up to worship at the feast: Then said [some] of his disciples among themselves, What is this that he saith unto us, A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me: and, Because I go to the Father? Jesus answered, He it is, to whom I shall give a sop, when I have dipped [it]. And when he had dipped the sop, he gave [it] to Judas Iscariot, [the son] of Simon. The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him. And Jesus said, Make the men sit down. Now there was much grass in the place. So the men sat down, in number about five thousand.
Then said Jesus unto them plainly, Lazarus is dead. One of the two which heard John [speak], and followed him, was Andrew, Simon Peter's brother. And Jesus went up into a mountain, and there he sat with his disciples. This parable spake Jesus unto them: but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them. Then said Jesus unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am [he], and [that] I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things. And many more believed because of his own word; Jesus said, Take ye away the stone. Martha, the sister of him that was dead, saith unto him, Lord, by this time he stinketh: for he hath been [dead] four days. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. In these lay a great multitude of impotent folk, of blind, halt, withered, waiting for the moving of the water. So after he had washed their feet, and had taken his garments, and was set down again, he said unto them, Know ye what I have done to you? And these things will they do unto you, because they have not known the Father, nor me. Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now come, that ye shall be scattered, every man to his own, and shall leave me alone: and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me. And when even was [now] come, his disciples went down unto the sea, One of his disciples, Andrew, Simon Peter's brother, saith unto him,
These things said he in the synagogue, as he taught in Capernaum. Then they took away the stone [from the place] where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up [his] eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. By this shall all [men] know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another. I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me. Art thou greater than our father Abraham, which is dead? and the prophets are dead: whom makest thou thyself? There cometh a woman of Samaria to draw water: Jesus saith unto her, Give me to drink.

He answered them, He that made me whole, the same said unto me, Take up thy bed, and walk. And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father. The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep. And he that seeth me seeth him that sent me. I am the vine, ye [are] the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
The Pharisees therefore said unto him, Thou bearest record of thyself; thy record is not true.
Have any of the rulers or of the Pharisees believed on him?
[Even] the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee:
But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words?
Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
So there was a division among the people because of him.
But one of the soldiers with a spear pierced his side, and forthwith came there out blood and water.
Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou [then], Shew us the Father?
And therefore did the Jews persecute Jesus, and sought to slay him, because he had done these things on the sabbath day.
Since the world began was it not heard that any man opened the eyes of one that was born blind.
Then cried they all again, saying, Not this man, but Barabbas. Now Barabbas was a robber.
His parents answered them and said, We know that this is our son, and that he was born blind:
That they all may be one; as thou, Father, [art] in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.
I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.
Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me.
And herein is that saying true, One soweth, and another reapeth.
Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me?
Others said, These are not the words of him that hath a devil. Can a devil open the eyes of the blind?
The Jews answered him, We have a law, and by our law he ought to die, because he made himself the Son of God.
The people therefore that was with him when he called Lazarus out of his grave, and raised him from the dead, bare record.
And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we [are].
Doth our law judge [any] man, before it hear him, and know what he doeth?
But Jesus did not commit himself unto them, because he knew all [men],
