It’s back to school time! I hope everyone is getting back into the swing of things. We survived our first week back to school (husbands pharmacy school). Wheww! I love back to school time because it is the perfect time to reorganize, settled into a routine and start using a brand new notebook. Don’t get me wrong summer is FUN! But routine is nice too. I’m sure you all agree.

In preparation for Back to School and getting re-organized I did some major pondering and came to the conclusion that I needed to make some business/directional changes here on Key Lime. You probably noticed the new design, with a landing page. After much debate I decided that in order to productively sell my “brand” and design services that I need to to have a home page (vs. a blog page) that features what I offered. My hope is that new visitors will be able to clearly see that I am a photoshop/font loving lady and that I am here to help with all your design needs.

Which brings me to… You may have noticed a change in the Design Services page. The packages and pricing that I now offer has been revamped. To better help you I have made my design packages ALL INCLUSIVE. Meaning that when you hire me to design your blog you will get a COMPLETE custom blog design, tailored to your needs. Instead of a checklist of elements that will be customize you and I will chat and decide what you really need and what is going to make your blog shine. Whether that means a lot of web safe fonts, a recipe index or a design to highlight past projects. Or all three, whatever you need, I can do it!

With this new website layout and services revamp I have also rebuilt my work schedule to allow for a lot more designing and less of the other stuff. So yes, that means there probably won’t be a lot of daily post writing on this blog. I have it more envisioned for a place for  updates, freebies, and occasional tutorial.  But don’t worry! All the past post will still be here. Feel free to browse old tutorials, blog+ business tips, freebies, and lots more!

Wheww… Lots of info. I have loved blogging here at Key Lime daily for the last 2 years, but I am also a little relieved and excited to be focusing more on designing. My true passion.

:: PS- I will still be doing a couple of posts next week that I already had arranged… Like meeting my new favorite vocal artist. Yep, me and SJ have been jamming’ out to Justin Cash all summer long! Can’t wait for you to meet him via video!
